Villa Alfonso1, located alongside its twin villa (both of which are independent of each other) on the Alfonso family’s property, is ready to welcome you in all its splendour, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Cagliari that you can enjoy from the terraces of the spacious living room, from the master bedroom, and from the pool—all of which will enhance your holiday. The rooms are furnished with meticulous attention to detail and are all equipped with air conditioning, including the poolside guest suite with a private bathroom. The spacious living room, with a balcony overlooking the sea and pool, is the perfect spot to savour a glass of fine wine while you relax, and the barbecue in the large garden near the pool lets you enjoy a delicious grilled fish dinner al fresco. All outdoor areas of the house are monitored by a closed-circuit video surveillance system; the footage is stored for 48 hours on a console inside the villa.
The pool and surrounding green areas will be cleaned daily, around 6–7 a.m., by a trusted staff member without disturbing guests, and the large garden will be watered daily.
Parties are prohibited; the number of guests must match the number listed in the reservation. Please notify the property of any changes prior to your stay. The guesthouse with a private bathroom is available only after the main villa is fully occupied.
