Villa "Gle Apt 1“ with Pool, Wi-Fi, A/C, Terrace & Garden

In Quartu Sant'Elena, about 15 km from the center of the city of Cagliari, the charming villa "Gle Apt 1" with its 100m² Apartment 1 awaits you. It consists of a cozy living room with a sofabed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people + 4 children (no extra charge). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable TV with Netflix. A baby bed can be provided free of charge if requested in advance. The shared garden enchants guests with a pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a private covered dining area which includes a barbecue and a second kitchen. Sant'Andrea Beach is 900 meters from the accommodation and a supermarket can be reached in a 7-minute walk, while a pizzeria is a 3-minute walk away. A pharmacy, a tabac store as well as a bar can be found 1.4 km away (14 minutes' walk). Public transport is within 5 minutes walking distance (bus to Cagliari, Quartu Sant'Elena).
