Very cosy villa detached, surrounded by trees. In the resort Margine Rosso, in a sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: beautiful garden (fenced). 300 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "Margine Rosso (angolo Scirocco)" 150 m, railway station "Cagliari" 14 km, ferry "Cagliari" 14 km.
