- Located in Quartu Sant'Elena, Sardinia, this 100 sqm semi-detached house welcomes up to 4 guests. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a fully equipped private kitchen, living and sitting room, 2 bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds), 1 bathroom, and a 24 sqm covered terrace where you can dine and relax while enjoying stunning views of the countryside and sunsets over Niu Crobu.
Amenities include a coffee machine, fast Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, heating with heat pumps, washing machine, TV, video on demand, and a dedicated workspace. Families will find a high chair, baby cot, and shared toys and books for children.
Outside, relax in the garden or on the covered terrace, both offering beautiful sea and mountain views. A private barbecue is also available.
Parking is available on a private road, and there is a shared bicycle storage area on the property. Events, extra guests, and pets are not allowed. Airport and station shuttle service available for an extra fee. A tennis court is 15 minutes away.
The property is 1 km from the sea, post office, pharmacy, bars, and grocery stores. Poetto beach is 10 minutes away, Sette Fratelli mountains 20 minutes, Villasimius 45 minutes, and Cagliari and Elmas airport 35 minutes. Car use is recommended. The owner lives in the apartment below, and you will share the entrance driveway. Please note, the minimum age to book this accommodation is 25 years.
