Casa le Palme in Geremeas is located just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Geremeas Residence and offers a large outdoor area. The holiday home, part of a semi-detached house with a private entrance, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), and a bathroom, providing space for 4 people. The house is equipped with WiFi, fans, air conditioning, and cable TV. The spacious outdoor area includes a large lawn with comfortable loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun, as well as a barbecue, private parking, and an outdoor shower. You can cook outdoors while enjoying the sea view. About 1.8 km away you will find a supermarket and some restaurants. The beautiful coastal town of Quartu Sant’Elena, with numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and venues, is about a 30-minute drive away. The long sandy beach of Kala e Moru can be reached in less than a minute on foot, perfect for relaxing while listening to the sound of the waves.
