"The morning manager was exceptional. I required a 3am check-in and she assisted me promptly over the phone, facilitating an early check-in. Her demeanor was courteous and appreciative towards customers. However, the hotel's policy of not providing small washcloths for washing purposes was a drawback. Although she explained the rationale behind this policy, the alternative offered was extra hand towels, which would suffice."
