Looking for a great family get away, this gorgeous little beach house situated in a gated community called Qualicum Landing. A luxurious 3-bedroom beach house awaits you and boasts a water view, fully equipped kitchen , out door patio with gas firepit.
You have access to the clubhouse which includes outdoor pool area including 2 hot tubs for lounging around, an exercise room and billiards table. Have fun playing tennis or pickle ball on the sports court. Seasonal outdoor pool and jacuzzi( June 15-Sept 15);Full access to the private beachfront to access the water for swimming and exploring . There is so much wildlife in the area to watch from the local harbor seals, bald eagles, family of deer. Enjoy use of the beach picnic area and outdoor firepit fully stocked with wood.

Excellent experience all the way around. Spero was a great host--quickly responding to quickly responding to inquiries, even helping when visitors next door were having trouble contacting their host! Lovely Beach Getaway

The house was perfect for us- a couple travelling with our 19 year-old and our mother. The property was beautiful- we loved the beach access and wonderful view of the ocean. The fire pit overlooking the water was a real bonus!

This is a lovely home well situated for exploring central Vancouver Island. The home is comfortable and well-equipped with a good layout. It was a perfect getaway for three couples. We especially enjoyed sitting around the beautiful dining table. Our host was easy to communicate with and his welcome information package provided everything we needed to know about the home and property.

Perfect spot for family

My family of three couples really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great home base for our trip to Qualicum Beach. It was very clean and everything we could need was provided (including spare batteries for the tv remote)!

Perfect spot for an island vacation

We used it as a home base for several Vancouver Island adventures during a week long stay. It had everything we needed to make some meals and have comfortable stays at night. The pool table and gym was useful and the beach access was great. Had quick contact with Spero the owner and it was easy getting to and from. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Beach House: A Perfect Getaway

Our stay at the Little Beach House was incredible! The location was ideal, just steps from the ocean. The house itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a highlight, especially on hot days. We loved relaxing on the deck and enjoying the beautiful ocean views. We'd highly recommend the Beach House for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

Easter stay at Qualicum landing

Lovely spacious 3 bed house with all the home amenities. Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood for our kids to cycle round. Would be great in the summer when the pool is open. Lots of family friendly activities in the close vicinity. Good garden area with direct access from patio. Rocky beach is short 5 minute walk from the house through the complex with shared beach fire pit and picnic tables to watch the seals frolicking.

Lovely home

We loved it. Very clean and spacious home. We enjoyed the clubhouse (billiards room, heated outdoor pool, hot tub), beach, and pickleball (or tennis) court. Lots to do in the area (Qualicum/Parksville): go karts, mini golf, Coombs market, Qburger, Arrowsmith Smokehouse/Brewery, Little Mountain Lookout. A wonderful family vacation!

Amazing getaway

The accommodation was outstanding. It was fully equipped (and some). The beds were extremely comfortable. The owner was very attentive and responsive to our needs. The location is beautiful. A cozy three bedroom house in Qualicum Beach

I recently, along with my wife and four year old daughter, went for a week long vacation and rented a three bedroom beach house in Qualicum Beach. This was our first time booking through Vrbo and not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful home that has all the amenities we are looking for and more, from games and puzzles to tennis rackets and a guitar.Even more impressed with a scenic location very close to the beach and how serene and peaceful it feels. We are definitely happy we chose this and recommend this to anyone looking for a home away from home.

The Little Beach House

We had a lovely stay at The Little Beach House. We stayed for a little over a month and we could have stayed longer. We have been traveling around BC with a different vacation company and too many times I have had to clean ovens, extractor hoods and use our own pans. It was a breath of fresh air that Spero's place was very clean and we could use everything provided. It is a beautiful home. It's private, you can see the ocean from the house, there are rabbits, geese and eagles. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to return in the future.

Our favourite place to go!

Oh my goodness, I don't know where to start! The Little Beach House is BY FAR our favourite place to go in the summer. It is a beautiful cottage in Qualicum Landing, and when you sit outside on the patio you can see the ocean...what more can you ask for? We have stayed in this house twice now, and Spero is absolutely fantastic! He is very quick to answer any questions you have, and he is such an amazing host....I've never met him in person, yet I feel like I've known him for a long time! Our family HIGHLY recommends this property, if you have kids and want a fantastic vacation on Vancouver Island....look no further!
