About this property

3 bedroom home on the outskirts of Qualicum Beach

  • Our house is on 3 forested acres in a safe gated community. My adult son and I live on the property so someone is always here if you need anything. There is an attached in-law suite that I or a current guest reside in. We are a 20 minute drive from the town of Qualicum Beach as well as the beach. 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the back entrance to Little Qualicum River Falls. We are on a mountain with lots of places to walk or ride bikes. Hiking trails, lakes and lots of activities throughout the surrounding areas. Come and enjoy our peaceful home.
