"Very convenient location. Close to SM City and public transportation, lots of dining options, very helpful staff. Wish they provide smaller towels and extra toilet papers. Most places were closed on Holy Thursday so we ordered room service. Food was excellent, esp the Batchoy. Special kudos to Vin Diezel! Have stayed here before and will stay here again."

"On arrival the staff was very friendly and efficient and i reached my room in no time. The room was larger than i expected and with a nice view over the city and SM right across the street. The room was fine, AC efficient, the bed perfect. The toilet room could use a new mirror but soft from that clean and fine. I was too exhausted to go out for dinner and decided to try out the on house restaurant. I was the only guest there but the baby ribs with mashed potatoes were perfectly cooked, exactly what i was after this evening. The breakfast was not included in my booking but it was possible to pay for it in the restaurant. The food offered was mostly, only(?), filippino, with chicken, rice and other dishes. The was brewed coffee which I think not that many were drinking because it seemed to have been brewed since time ago and been left standing. The morning coffee is important! There was also a dessert which I believe was made from coconut and like jelly. It was good."

"Staff are very warm and accommodating, breakfast is great....we just had trouble with the door of our room, the sensor/ lock mechanism was defective upon entrance to the room on day 1 of our stay. The maintenance people fixed it though but we needed to take a rest from an early morning flight from Manila. We just closed our eyes while they made pukpok here and there... All these things must be efficiently checked and maintained before clearing it for guest occupancy."

"Cozy stay. Comfortable bed. Nice AC. Hot shower water available. Hair dryer available. Good WiFi. Ample parking. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Note however: bring your own room slippers and hygiene kit. "

"I arrived past 8 PM. Check in, took almost an hour to verify as I was not included in the list of guest. The room is dirty, shower glass door filled w soap stain, cooking range top filled w pork grease, scattered hair on the floor, so as in the toilet seat, the cleaning materials was exposed in the bathroom. The room is filled up w smell from cooking oil thus irritate my throat. I lost my confidence to use their towel, so as the beddings. I thought this trip should be a relaxing one, but ended up a hassle."
