"My personal items were removed from the room and placed in bags .my daughter and grandsons suitcases were also placed into a cart as if we were never coming back .it was very upsetting for all of us to be kicked out of our room like that we werent expected to leave until the next day"

"The room was set up much different than other hotels. The shower was open to the room with your bed, there were no side tables next to the bed, no lamps, no plugs or clock. The sink did not drain, the faucet leaked. When I told the staff, they just said ok. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat, and the room smelled like weed or a strange smell. There was not a blow dryer either."
