The room i initially got was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, everything was old and broken. I went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. It was better but i had to pay an upgrade fee. The room was better but the floor was dirty as if it had not been mopped. My kids took their socks off and walked aroubd the room and thier feet was full of dirt. I never got a wifi info. Breakfast?! They only had waffles and danish. Nothing else. I wouldn't say thats breakfast. Disappointed in this facility.

The staff was very helpful and very kind, i would stay there again. Right across the street is knotts berry farm so you can just walk there, and there a few food places nearby there ti walk to.
