"Friendly staff. Well located in a quiet mews 5 mins walk from the main squares. Room a bit old-fashioned, clean and comfortable (4 choices of pillow!), plenty of electric sockets, but disappointing absence of tea/coffee-making or even a welcoming bottle of water. No fridge or A/C; fan provided. Book ahead for car park; manoeuvring a large car tricky when full. Two 7 kW EV chargers: one Tesla only - good value if you can get an overnight charge. Nice simple breakfast."

"An excellent hotel to stay at whilst visiting the battlefields of WW1 on & near the Somme. Parking is free and plentiful, food (both dinner & the breakfast buffet) very well priced and enjoyable."

"I stayed one night at this hotel and loved it. The room was very clean and nicely appointed, the location near the train station was fantastic and the overall hotel was great. I will definitely come back to Arras and recommend this hotel."
