" I travelled to Giza with my young son for a long weekend in Jan 2026 and we stayed at the pyramids View. We landed in the evening and were held up at passport control for ages. Thank goodness airport transfer was included in the price of the booking which took away the stress of having to work out how taxis work with a small child in tow at night. We had one of the rooms at the front of the property and could sit on our balcony each evening and gaze at the pyramids and spinx - - uninterrupted views . The hotel team were exceptionally welcoming and patient with my boisterous son . sheriff at front desk organized all of our tours and Mohamed our guide was happy to detour to a metro station because my son loves trains. We recommend the organized Nile cruise dinner and belly dancing evening . The local area is bustling with hawkers, camels, horse carriages and taxis. It isn’t a quiet area! There’s also a Pizza Hut and kfc 2mins walk away from the hotel. "

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Palace Pyramids Hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The hotel itself is spotless, very well run, and feels genuinely safe and comfortable. The facilities are great, but the real show-stopper is the rooftop. The view of the pyramids from up there is honestly unbelievable. Having breakfast each morning while looking straight out at them was a pinch-yourself moment, and coming back in the evenings after a long day of exploring to see them again at sunset was just magical. The rooms were very comfortable and felt completely secure — we were happy leaving valuables behind while we were out for the day, which says a lot when travelling. What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Every single member of staff was kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Nadia, in particular, went above and beyond. On our first day she even jumped in a tuk-tuk with me and my dad to help us get local Egyptian SIM cards, knowing we didn’t speak Arabic. That level of care really sets the tone for the whole place. She also helped us design an itinerary as soon as we arrived, making sure everything we wanted to see was covered, and had it all ready to go by the next morning. We were also lucky enough to have Ahmed, the owner of the hotel, personally guide us around Cairo for two days. As a Cairo-born, highly experienced guide, he was exceptional. "My stay at the Crowne Pyramids Palace was really excellent. The staff made me feel right at home and accommodated all my needs during the stay. The food was very good. I loved the breakfast and the menu has lots of good options. My room was very clean on arrival and well cared for during my stay. The rooftop patio also has an incredible view of the Giza pyramids which I quite enjoyed in the evenings. Thank you Crowne Pyramids Palace for the lovely stay❤️🇪🇬"
