Able to accommodate up to 8 travellers, it has an 80 m² air-conditioned living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a 5,000 m² garden where you can relax in the heart of nature. With wifi and bed linen included, all you have to do is put your bags down and make the most of this idyllic setting!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- Upon entering, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., accompanied by two side rooms: a bathroom with bath and a laundry room.
- The dining room welcomes you with its authentic charm, linked to a mezzanine floor (a 140×190 double bed) that adds a touch of elegance to the space.
- The 80 m² living room features a bar and fireplace, perfect for relaxing in style, as well as a television and sofas.
- A bedroom with a double bed, accessible via a staircase without doors, offering total privacy thanks to the absence of overlooking windows.
- A bedroom with a double bed, opening onto a private 7 m² terrace.
- A modern bathroom with both shower and bath.
- A second shower room
- Separate toilet for added comfort.

First floor:
- A mezzanine bedroom (no door) equipped with a double bed, extended by a spacious 20 m² terrace, perfect for relaxing and making the most of the outdoors.

- A pool house equipped with a full kitchen, a large dining table, a fireplace suitable for barbecues, and table football.
- Two rooms off the pool house include a bathroom and toilet.

The house is ideally located in Puyméras, in a pleasant and peaceful setting. The nearest shops are in Vaison-la-Romaine, where you will find five supermarkets (Intermarché, Super U, Lidl, Aldi, Casino), and in Mirabel aux Baronnies (Coccimarket).
