"We had a good stay at the apartment. Although there is a sofa bed it does only really suit 2 people to be comfortable regarding space. The bed is raised & requires climbing up to it so wouldn’t suit anyone less able. The balcony is a great asset. The listing suggests the wc is separate but it is in the showroom. Malheureusement, nous avons été déçues par l'environnement du logement. "We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. We were met by a lovely lady called myriam who showed us everything on arrival. The place and the views are as stunning as the photos and the area very peaceful. The pool is great and the owners should they be there when you are are lovely and very helpful. There are plenty of walks around the area but too far to walk into annecy itself. There are also plenty of nice places to eat. "This was the most fabulous stop off having driven out from the UK, giving us a good break and enabling us to drive up to our ski resort early the next day. It was really comfortable. We were well prepared and had all our food and a nice bottle of wine with us.We enjoyed the football table and a few books.The accommodation would also work well for a large group.It’s a small drive off the main highway and it took us a little extra time to find, so worth paying attention to directions in advance. "
