"The Chateau Colbert has been extensively restored over the past 20 years or so to a very high standard. This has obviously been a labour of love for the present owners. The rooms are very comfortable and the views over the river and forests were outstanding. The food and service were exceptional and the dining room was a wonderful place to eat. They have the largest Japanese garden in Europe which we definitely return to see. The Chateau is highly recommended."

"The service at this hotel was impeccable. The people are very kind and very helpful. They welcommed us with coffee and croissant, took car of our luggage as we have to go to the puy du Fou. The rooms are clean very functionnal. The suite with the Spa is just incredible. Best value for money in the area by far. "
