"Place was dirty, gross and the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in years. Place was run by a few teenagers and staff overall was lazy and incompetent. Stay anywhere else. "

"We chose Courtyard as it is a reputable chain, and we were in town for a memorial service. Our room was changed at the desk as we had initially been placed in an accessible room, which we didn't require. We settled into our new room only to be disturbed by a large family walking in with cards keyed to our room. Apparently they had been given adjoining rooms which included the room we were in. Following, our key cards no longer worked and had to be reprogrammed. Family remained next door with much yelling and noise. Not the restful stay we were hoping for."

"The property looks nice from the outside but once you step into the lobby it’s run down. The furniture is antiquated and the front desk needed a paint job at least. Not staying here again."

"I had reserved a room in the Lodge but without warning was shifted to the Summit Stone Cottage. Not very clean. The bathroom door hit the vanity so it would only open halfway. Had to sneak in sideways. Dumb installation. Not happy."

"The facilities need an upgrade. What I liked about our room is that we had access to a microwave, fridge and free breakfast (omelette pancake sausage cereal and fruit) in the AM and coffee machines in the lobby 24/7. There’s a pool available in the summer. The hallways could use more lighting. If it weren’t for the above amenities, I would give it a 3. Otherwise, 4 for me."

"It’s a scam what they put on all the Websites, pictures are bs and the depression vibes hit you when you get there. Rooms are alot smaller and the ceiling is all metal with pipes"

"Room wasn’t ready at check in time and the hot tub was supposed to be fixed but was not. Pool area had no towels and was not clean."
