The best area to stay in Putini is within the village itself or the immediate surrounding countryside, particularly for those looking for a tranquil and authentic Istrian experience.

Putini is a small, quiet village characterised by traditional stone houses and rolling green hills. It's an ideal base for exploring the heart of Istria, offering a peaceful retreat away from the more bustling coastal towns. The main draw is its rural setting, providing a genuine taste of local life.

Families often find Putini an excellent choice due to the abundance of spacious villas, often with private pools and gardens. Children have plenty of room to play, and the surroundings offer a relaxed environment for everyone. It's a great spot for enjoying outdoor activities like cycling or walking through the countryside.

Couples looking for a romantic and secluded getaway will also appreciate Putini. The area provides a private setting, superb for unwinding and enjoying each other's company.

The best time to visit Putini is during the late spring and early autumn months, specifically May, June, September, and early October. These periods offer pleasant weather for exploring without the peak summer crowds.

For those looking to enjoy the outdoors, May and June are ideal. The weather is warm enough for swimming in the Adriatic Sea, and the countryside is lush and green. It's a great time for cycling through the vineyards or hiking along coastal paths before the summer heat fully sets in.

Couples seeking a relaxed escape will find September and early October particularly appealing. The sea remains warm for swimming, but the intense summer heat has subsided, making sightseeing more comfortable.
