"Great property, with lots of space for large groups to get together and spend time.The kids loved the pool and the game areas. Very thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. Property does show its age in places but it never detracts from its charm and fun.Brianna was a wonderful host and was very accommodating of our requests. I'm looking forward to coming back again."

"Wonderful! Spacious, immaculate, beautifully decorated. A large covered back porch with cozy patio furniture and BBQ grill looking out over a shaded yard and the lake. Well-stocked kitchen with all needed equipment, plus snacks and coffee. Comfy beds. A huge carport for vehicles. The host was very quick to respond to questions and requests and was so kind. This home provided a restful, peaceful, comfortable sanctuary that I highly recommend. Next time I’m in the area, this will be my first choice."

"This was our second stay at the Bluegill Cabin and it did not disappoint. Our host Kevin, made sure that we had all the necessary information for traveling there and our stay at the cabin. The cabin is located on one of several ponds on the property and the fishing was excellent. Our pup was able to go on several walks in the piney woods around the ponds and enjoyed every trip. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Tv, but we had very little time for that as we enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the ponds with a good coffee in hand. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, outside shower is available as well.Highly recommend this location which also has at least 3 other cabins of various sizes."

"The only drawback to this beautiful little cabin was the shower is too small. But everything else is beautiful. There is 3 other cabins on property and they are spaced out so you feel comfortable with your own space to relax. They are very accommodating and nice people.I recommend a visit especially if you want to go to First Monday Trade Days in Canton and maybe men that would rather sit and fish"

"Overall wonderful stay! We were in town for a family event and needed a space for two couples with an infant and a toddler. Rooms were large enough for our added Pack'N Plays. The yard is fenced, so no worries about the toddler wandering off into the pond or woods. The property is well maintained, but realize that the East Texas hayfields and farms are also industrialized dust generators, so be prepared to wipe down any outdoor furniture prior to use. While we didn't get the opportunity to play pickleball, the court looked awesome and very well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. The host was very hospitable, attentive, and super easy to get in touch with. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again in the future!"
