The tiny home was spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean as well. The entire set up, activities and atmosphere was very relaxing and fun. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
I enjoyed the lakeside sunset, the peaceful area by the lake. Beautiful nature sounds at night, camping around the campfire are just a few to mention. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
Great 2 bedroom - 1 bath home with a large porch and a fire pit to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Very cute, clean and comfortable. The beach was also nice.
House was very clean. We loved the large open kitchen/living area. Both beds had wood holding the bed itself on the frame and apon sitting on them we found almost every wood piece had come off. I had to remove the beds and put the frames back together. We couldnt use the firepit area at all due to massive amounts of broken beer bottle glass everywhere. The kayaks were fun and fishing area was fun.Host was very quick to respond to texts about the wifi not working and got us hooked up with a different wifi and password immediately.
It was very nice, really enjoyed it! Lots of weeds outside and was hard to get to the lake. We had to turn the outside lights off cause there was wayyy too many bugs.
Everything else was great! Loved the house and how open and spacious it was!
Tiny home was a bit larger than imagined. The lake is not behind the home but on the 3 acre property and private. Easy walk on property. All in all a great experience for me.!

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Amenities
No washcloths, Shower leaks and floor was extremely slick, no coffee cups, only 1 fork, no dishcloths or dish towels, no blankets , gate key fob doesn't work and it is NOT handicap friendly. Disabled husband was not able to take a shower the entire time we were there because of bathroom condition. Also, it says lakefront and it is NOT. There is a house in front of the property and you have no lake access. It is not lakefront.

Short Stay - Ant Infestation
Low rating for the following reasons:
- Property was infested with ants. Kitchen and bathroom was swarming.
- Property advertised as 2 baths whereas 2nd bath and laundry facility are located in an utility building not attached to residence.
- Trash was not taken out of residence upon arrival. This in itself is minor but other trash was found and picked up on the exterior of the residence.
- Kitchen is not well equipped. Cooking equipment was limited compared to most houses I have rented. For example, bakeware was not found in kitchen.
Positives:
- Kayaks on property were nice to have.
- There is a walk down to the water, but the shore offers a great view of sunset.

The property was nice. When we arrived Friday night I was impressed with the house and outside sitting area. The problems began on Saturday. We were in town for a funeral so we were not at the property hardly at all on Saturday. When we left that morning around 10 we noticed a maroon pickup setting outside the gate as we were leaving. When we arrived back at the property around 11:30 that evening we were met at the gate by a woman trying to fix the gate, she told us that she mowed the property and had hit the gate with the lawnmower and was trying to fix it. And guess what it was the same maroon pickup that we had seen parked there when we left that morning. I was not comfortable that she was there while I had the property booked for the weekend and was not comfortable that she had access to it for the 13 hours that we had been gone. We told her that she needed to leave immediately. We drove up to the house and watched her. Instead of leaving she went in to the outbuilding on the property, a few minutes later someone else jumped out of the pickup and ran into the outbuilding. My husband walked down and told them to leave now. She opened the door and they had set up camp in the building. She was doing laundry, they had food and drinks and sitting in lawn chairs. She told us that Chris(the host) let her stay there and do laundry sometimes. We told her not while we have it booked and told them again to leave. Needless to say I didn’t sleep that night!!
I thought the place was very clean, new, and modern. It definitely gave a modern hotel vibe which is not something you typically find in the country. You get beat of both worlds. So happy to have such a nice option to choose and different for what is in the area. Definitely will go back. Nice big front yard and nice to have the lake access from the yard. It had nice tv’s and the glass all on the front of the house was a nice touch.
