You have to be careful, do not touch anything, do not seat on balcony sofa, (fabric is rotten and tears off under your weight). Do not move a coffee table on balcony it may breaks apart etc. So, you can use it like museum, watch but don't touch. Otherwise, you will never get back your deposit."
