Bedroom 4 is located separately from the main body of the villa, off the entrance courtyard, offering additional privacy.

Guests have full access to Four Seasons Punta Mita facilities, including restaurants, spa, gym, kids club, resort pools, beaches, Lazy River, tennis and shops.

Four Seasons services such as room service, concierge, bell services and spa reservations can be requested directly through the resort.

As this is a privately owned Four Seasons villa, requests relating specifically to the villa should be coordinated with the Tripwix Ambassador or private housekeeper. Additional housekeeping or services requested directly from the hotel may incur separate charges.

Club Punta Mita membership provides access to residents-only facilities. Fees, rentals, minimum consumption and service charges may apply depending on the facility or activity.

The pool heater and Jacuzzi share the same boiler and operate on a timed schedule: the pool is heated during the day and the Jacuzzi in the evening.

A security deposit may be required after booking confirmation.
