THE PLACE

Throughout the resort there is a 2.8 miles recreational route for runners, walkers and bikers.
If you are into outdoor activities, we can arrange for: whale watching, surfing, stand up paddle board, fishing, marine safari to Marietas Islands, scuba diving, powerboats and catamarans, etc.
In case of an emergency, within the complex there is access to two Medical Facilities with qualified medical and paramedical staff.

GETTING AROUND IN THE AREA

We recommend either renting a car at the Puerto Vallarta International Airport if you plan to visit the surroundings of Punta Mita, as Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Sayulita, San Pancho, etc., or just arrange for an airport transfer to Punta Mita.
To get around the complex and to the town of Punta de Mita, the most fun and advisable is to rent a golf cart or bike.

Amazing property in the heart of Punta Mita

This was an amazing property with beautiful views. Mariana (our concierge) was so sweet and welcoming, she helped make our stay seamless! The owners obviously take pride in their home and make sure all needs are met for their guests. We will book this unit again!

Great stay — would definitely return back!

The condo looks exactly like the listing and is impeccably maintained. Everyone was super responsive and helpful and really made sure that our family had a wonderful vacation. I would book this unit again in a heartbeat.

A great stay

An outstanding stay in all respects. An extraordinary host, amazing chef and very nice unit. The host did a wonderful job in making reservations, recommending restaurants, responding promptly to emailed questions and handling any issues that arose during the visit.

Punta Mita perfection!

Beautiful unit in a very beautiful place. Good value and incredible cleanliness, great service. Hosts are fantastic people that truly care about their guests and their stay and it shows. I couldn't recommend this place more, we will certainly be back!

Outstanding vacation

We had a wonderful stay at El Encanto 501. Our hosts made all of the arrangements for restaurants, cleaning and golf. Everything was just as it was presented on line. The property is beautiful. I would highly recommend Georgina and Gillermo as hosts.

Lovely stay!

The property is flawless. The owners live in the area and it shows, never once needed to ring them for anything. Lovely decor, one of the best stocked kitchens in terms of kitchen utensils. We didn’t cook much but if you wanted to they had everything. Housekeeping came in and out while we out enjoying the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fabulous Flat!

This flat is amazing. It's much bigger than it appears in the pictures. We were a small family, 3 adults and a toddler. The plunge pool was great to have for after nap time and spending the morning at the beach clubs. The communication with the owners/managers was flawless. We had lots of questions and they answered all of them, almost immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Great location, great view, excellent service.

This unit is wonderful! It is beautifully furnished, with great views and outdoor space. We were 3 couples and everyone had a very nice room with outside access. Guillermo and Geraldine are excellent hosts, and took care of groceries, restaurant reservations and tee times. We had an excellent experience and would recommend this unit to everyone!

Family time

We had an amazing time! Georgina and her husband Guermillo are wonderful hosts! We have tried other homes in Punta Mita, but we alway come back to their homes.. they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a perfect as it can be! Their homes are always clean and their staff is always very accommodating as well. I highly recommend their homes for a spectacular visit to Punta Mita!

Wonderful stay in Punta Mita!

Georgina was an exceptional host and the property was nothing short of spectacular. She was waiting for us when we arrived to the condo to give us a guided tour and answer any questions we had about the property, beach club access, recommendations for dining, etc. The property itself was plenty spacious and well equipped for our family of 4 for the week and its location afforded us a sunset view right on the 12th tee box. We made use of the included golf cart on a regular basis to and from each of the beach clubs and dinner each night. The weather was perfect the entire week and we are already making plans to return!

A little piece of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautiful, immaculately clean. The owners were super helpful in setting up reservations for whale watching, dinners and even an in-condo massage. We loved sitting on the patio having coffee or drinks and watching golfers. The whole gated community and beach clubs were amazing and the provided golf cart made getting around a breeze. We felt very safe throughout our stay and the staff at the gate houses and clubs were so helpful and kind. The fresh seafood and the restaurants were delicious. Overall this trip exceeded all of our expectations and we cannot wait to go back.

Awesome stay

Spent 5 days in this amazing unit for a friends birthday. The unit was spectacular and everything from booking to to departure was first class and seem less. Georgina’s responsiveness throughout the entire process was incredible. One of my friends lost their wedding ring during the stay and Georgina notified me a couple of days later that the ring had been found and helped to get it returned. I highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to be back soon.

El Encanto Paradise

It is rare that the property surpasses your expectations, but our stay at El Encanto did so on every level. While the pictures are beautiful , the condo is even better in person. Clean, spacious, well-appointed, and a fantastic outdoor patio with unbelievable views. This property was perfect for our group of five adults, but could easily work for a family. Guillermo and Georgina were lovely to work with and take great pride in their condo. They were extremely responsive before and during our stay, welcomed us with margaritas, helped in planning our dinners, and were incredibly gracious. Highly recommend this property and will absolutely visit again.

Great location, but place needs updating

We've been to Punta Mita quite a few times and always love coming back to such a peaceful/beautiful place. The past few times we have booked vrbo and this last time was our least favorite rental. The pre booking, communication with the managers was all great. Each time I reached out there was always a quick response in making reservations or whatever it may be. However, the place itself really needs updating. Two of the bedrooms had no outlet to charge phones, the sheets/comforter were very thin and not comfortable, the towels that they provided were not soft/old and the lawn chairs in the bedrooms were not appealing. Lastly, I think there needs to be better communication up front as to what the fee will be if an additional person is added. To find out that we had to pay an exorbitant amount for my son to sleep on a blow up mattress seemed unreasonable. We would never book this place again with the experience we had.

Fabulous property in an amazing resort community.

Just returned from our week stay in Punta Mita with my family. We enjoyed all aspects of our vacation. From the beginning, the communication and service was outstanding. The home occupies the entire first floor of a 3 story complex. The pictures can’t truly show the beautiful surroundings. The home sits on the 12th fairway with gorgeous views. There is a small pool that was perfect after a long day at the beech. The concierge met us on arrival and planned our dinners each night. The 6 person golf cart is a great convenience and was delivered the moment we arrived. We were given membership cards that allow access to all the beach clubs, golf and tennis. The beach clubs are all a short walk or golf cart ride from almost all properties in this community. They provide a wide variety of activities and each is unique. Our friends stayed at St. Regis and were jealous of our accomodations. The daily maid service arrived in the morning and left when we returned in the late afternoon. Our clothes and sheets were washed daily and the place was immaculate. Punta Mita is the perfect family vacation and you will fall in love with this property.
