🔌 Note on electricity consumption:
* For stays of fewer than 14 nights, we include up to 20 kWh per night. If this limit is exceeded due to unusually high usage, the difference will be charged upon your checkout based on CEPM’s current rate. We appreciate your help in turning off the air conditioners when you head out to enjoy the beach! 🏖️

* For stays longer than 14 nights, electricity consumption is not included. This way, each guest pays only for the energy they use, allowing us to offer better rates for long stays.

⏱️ Early Check-in / Late Check-out: This service is subject to availability at a cost of USD 10 per additional hour.
