This resort needs a lot of improvements.The food was not good at all.The service was barely existent. And to top it all off we had to ask three times for shampoo and conditioners and one of the housekeeping lady’s said they have some at the store to buy since they don’t have some with them. And I can go on and on about this place but if it helps, Other people just do your research before you book your resort and be smart where you spend your money.

Food was always the same with different name, we had to tell the maids every morning that we need shampoo and towels, it looks that they have lack of personal because they take a lot of time in the restaurants to serve people meals. I rather to pay more and go somewhere else

I typically don’t leave reviews but felt I needed to after this stay. The resort has a ton of potential. The buffet is TERRIBLE. The restaurants are good. You must wait in line for a kiosk to book restaurants and make sure to take a picture of your confirmation as sometimes the machine doesn’t work. Most employees don’t speak any English and there are a lot of employees who are not friendly at all. The beach is beautiful but it does have some areas of erosion where there are large tree stumps with exposed roots. While on the beach people will constantly try to sell you services, goods, and excursions. All music is played in Spanish. The resort doesn’t offer washcloths either. The beds are hard. The resort does have a ton of potential.

RD 2024 was great! Wish had more authentic Dominican dishes. I went off to Yeya Restaurant to get some nice Dominican food. Nice area close to restaurants and bars.
