Beautiful 3-bedroom villa in the Paradise Village Residences complex located near the El Coral-Punta Cana highway. Just 5 minutes from the area's most popular attractions (downtown), such as plazas, banks, Downtown Mall, Paseo San Juan, Sunix gas station, restaurants, bars, Cocobongo, and Dolphin Mall. Enjoy the proximity of everything in a comfortable and safe complex. Note: Electricity is not included; it is charged based on consumption at the local rate. See house manual.

Two-story villa. On the first level, you'll find a living room, kitchen, and dining room, a shared or guest bathroom, a laundry area, a pool, outdoor furniture, and a patio. On the second level, you'll find three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

It's a small villa complex, so you can easily access every corner of the house. You have everything you need on the property for a great stay.
