This exclusive gated community is developed in an area of 30,000 acres, a truly ecological wonderland that includes three miles of beautiful white sand beaches, protected harbor marina, an award-winning golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Had some trouble but management really helped a lot.

Had a rough start with a unit that didn't have working air conditioning. Management got involved and set us up with another unit near by that's was great. Over all great customer service.

Not recommended

Location was great and check-in process smooth, but the house was very outdated, listing photos are deceiving. Windows and doors did not seal properly, we found several big roaches and several bugs inside the house. Very noisy during the day due to construction next door. No privacy in pool area, you can see neighbors' yards. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart to where you couldn't even open the drawer to get a spoon out, lack of essentials like paper towels or kitchen towels, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We were not a big fan of the layout, even though listing says is has two bedrooms that's deceiving. It has one bedroom and then a big bed in the main living area.

Worked out well but property got switched

Staff was friendly and accommodating, but the property didn’t have electricity on the day of check in and we were upgraded to a different property. Unfortunately the property was at the Marina and not Green Villages which was not as ideal for the plans we had, but the condo would be amazing if not for the plans.
