Welcome to your elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in the prestigious Cocotal Golf & Country Club. This condo offers stunning views of the golf course. The spacious living area and fully-stocked kitchen provide everything you need to feel at home.

As a guest, you`ll have access to a large community pool and discounted green fees at the golf course. Located just a 10-minute drive from the famous Jellyfish Beach Restaurant, this is the perfect base for your Punta Cana adventure.
No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Condo Policies: All guests must comply with Larimar Residences and Cocotal condominium policies.
Guests agree to provide a valid working phone number.
Lost Keycards/Remotes: $50 fee for lost keycard.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in eviction.
Visitor Policy:
No visitors allowed. All guests must be declared in the reservation.
$15 fee per guest per night after the second guest.

Undeclared guest fee: $20 per guest per night.

Relaxing and serene vacation with scenic golf course views, lovely decor of a very high standard, nice pool, very secure gated community. Well equipped kitchen with all amenities, beautiful golf course with a scenic restaurant. A golfers paradise. Excellent communication prior to and during stay. A car is required to make the most of your stay. There are a plethora of supermarkets and shopping centres are in close proximity; within 10 minutes drive. We have done the Punta Caña all-inclusive resorts in the past and wanted to have a different homely experience for the Christmas holidays. We would recommend this accommodation for a more intimate family holiday with kids and grandparents. You won’t be disappointed.
