New to the Rental market (July 2024) this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom Penthouse occupies a corner position away from the bustle of the streets. Fully equipped, new furnishings, large terrace to enjoy the breeze and fabulous views of the first pool. and gardens down towards the ocean. Plenty of space for families or groups of friends. There is an open loft area which houses a queen sized bed as extra living space for added guests, Please not that the open loft does not have airconditioning. But does have a screened patio door. Playa Turquesa is a beachfront community in the heart of the Los Corales area of Bavaro Beach. Everything you need is just a stroll away. Please not that electric is an extra charge and should be paid at check out in cash USD. Short term renters may not have visitors to the community during their stay
