Personne de la réception n’est capable de vous aider , il faut communiquer par e-mail avec le service qui par la suite fait appel au staff .. pas super surtout quand ça prend 2 jour pour avoir du papier toilette Mis à part ça l’endroit est superbe très propre et très tranquille bien plus agréable que un tout inclue plein de monde Je recommande
