Room and beds were spacious and comfortable. Restaurant choices were plentiful and food was very good. However, 2 of the restaurants required men to wear long pants and closed shoes which is off putting for a tropical resort. Service all over the resort was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return.

Majestic Mirage resort hospitality is awesome! My husband and I decided to go for my husband bday. Everyone is super nice and makes you feel welcome, like you are family. Their staff are always making sure you are happy and comfortable. Dario and Altagracia are the best! Yeah baby!! :-) also our Butler always make sure we are doing good everyday and reserve our reservations the same day we arrived. The food is delicious and you have a lot of options (Gluten free and vegetarian options). The coffee shop was another favorite spot of ours to go every morning. The resort is safe and very clean. They also have a pharmacy incase you need anything. Which it was very convenient for me and reasonable prices. I’m already planning a family trip for next year! :-)

We just spent our 10th visit to Majestic and they never let us down. The staff is amazing. Junior our butler is one of the main reasons we keep returning. The man has the biggest heart and always looking to make your stay better. The food is great never an issue. Will be returning next year.

Our stay at Majestic Mirage was a Paradise Vacation. Everything was perfect. Staff were very welcoming. Room had many amenities and very immaculate. All the restaurants had delicious food. Many food options too. The resort grounds were well keep. Many pools to choose from. The beach had many lounge chairs and beds with canopy. In the evening there was entertainment nightly. All bartenders were very happy to make you your favorite drinks. There was also a Rum Tasting at the lobby bar giving by Yeral the mixology. Very interesting to learn about the Rums of the island. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Excellent all inclusive. Food was very good with numerous options, rooms were nice, beautiful beaches and pools. Top notch bars and bartenders. Charley at the beach bar, Raffie at the tiki bar phenomenal bar tenders Juan pool comceirgen and Martha so nice and helpfu. Isidro De La Cruz our butler was wonderful and extremely helpful. Definitely plan to stay here again

Overall we enjoyed the stay there. The only downside was that the room AC had a musty, mildew smell that made our room not smell that great. The AC was also not controllable to a point were it would continue to pump out cold air despite turning the thermostat temperature up. We ended up having to turn off the AC and turn it on again throughout the trip to make things comfortable for us. We informed maintenance and they came to inspect he problem, but did not seem to do anything that fixed it.

The beach was beautiful, but our room smelled like mold and had moldy pillow cases. We were there for 6 nights and it took them 3 nights to switch our room. The second room also had a moldy smell and had moldy pillow cases as well. The food wasn’t served at the proper temperatures. The foods that should have been hot were cold and the cold foods were warm. I traveled with a party of 4 and we all spent the last two days of our stay violently ill in our rooms from eating the food or the mold in our rooms; I’m not really sure exactly what made us all so sick. While it is a beautiful place, we would not return to this resort after our experience and how sick the food and rooms made us.

The property was beautiful. The room was clean, but the shower and bathroom could use some sprucing up. Our last visit we had a nice variety of snacks in the room. This last visit there was very little… only a few bags of plantain chips. The resort will assign a butler to you to take care of dinner reservations, etc. I think it would be more productive to be able to make out own restaurant reservations.

Missed flight due to DELTA so we arrived a day late, our room was not ready and was not allowed to check in until 3:00 although we were charged for the night we were not there. Property is nice, Staff was nice and food was not that good but had a lot to choose from.

The property is overall pretty but that’s how they attract you the room are very very bad for the hotel not to be that old the room is very dirty their were roaches in the room the furniture was ran down it just was a not ppl are great tho as well the need more activities don’t think I will be staying there ever again

My fiancé and I booked this trip with limited international travel experience and as first time all-inclusive resort guests, we were impressed! Our check in and check out process was quick & easy. We had a personal butler (Leonel was awesome!!) who checked in with us everyday and ensured we had everything we needed at all times as well as assisted us with making reservations. We did not do any excursions, but we did have some professional photos taken which turned out great (although pricey). Our only advice if this is your first time visiting - be cautious of the vendors on the beach!! They do not work for the resort and will harass you/push things onto you and then ask for payment. Even if it seems like they’re just being friendly or offering something for free (like letting you hold a bird or iguana), it is not and you’ll be asked for $$$. Overall, our experience at Majestic Mirage was excellent! All of the staff were very friendly, facility was clean, and food and drinks were great. We hope to visit again!

This has been my favorite resort by far! We had an amazing butler Jean Claude, who went above and beyond to meet our needs! The restaurants were awesome, with many not requiring you to make reservations! I love DR, the country, culture, and people are so welcoming! I will definitely return to this resort!

Our butler Arturo was amazing and attentive, everything we wanted and needed was granted. We had an amazing vacation because of the effort staff put into treating us with class and satisfaction. I would have to say i wish majestic mirage was adults only. I did feel like the families with small children didnt listen to the rules. A couple of mornings and evenings we would get uncomfortable and leave the pool area we were in because families would bring small children to the 18 side pool. We booked club and didn't bring our children because we wanted an adult vacation. It was unfortunate that not everyone could follow rules.

Totally enjoyed this resort. I have no complaints. Everything was great as far as the food (really good), service was amazing and there were plenty of amenities. We are definitely coming back soon. We wanted to extend our stay. Glad we selected this resort. The amenities were awesome. We only left the resort one evening because we had booked Dinner in the Sky before the trip.

the majestic Mirage and their staff provide a World class experience like No our valet was top notch the room was spotless and the beach was devine. HOWEVER - Their transportation department "GO MAJESTIC" lacks the same attention to customer based services. Upon being picked up, I was forced to pay someone $30 for beers no one asked for and noone drank. The driver didnt even open the trunk so we could get our own bags until he saw which one of us had his tip handy. Unfortunately for him, that guy was me, and once I realized that we had to get our own bags from the van, my ten dollar bill went right back into my pocket. Transpotation (again, GOMAJESTIC) made an absolute clusterfuck out of getting back to the resprt following an afternoon excursion. My party of 5 was rushed to hurry up and get on a 3:00 shuttle that never came. The 430 that we were then told we would be on was overbooked and I was separated from my party and made to ride in a different van that wasnt even originally going to the Mirage. I was told I could be the last drop off for this other van, or I could wait for the 6:00 shuttle. DO NOT EVER USE GOMAJESTIC FOR YOUR TRAVEL
