Staff were very helpful when tour operator issues occurred. At the end of the day they went above and beyond to help us receive an evening meal due to late return I the hotel after the restaurant had closed.

Regardind instalationt (room) very good. The great restriction. Lack of water. In the midle of your bath, when are brooth you teeth, for instance, the water finish. You have to call reception.

Gostei muito, quarto amplo, cama confortável, aquecimento no quarto, quarto limpo, café da manhã 10/10, ainda flexibilizaram um pouco o horário dele pelo horário da saída do nosso ônibus do terminal terrestre de puno. Os funcionários também foram super atenciosos, fizeram uma surpresa super fofa para o nosso aniversário de namoro e nos auxiliaram com tudo o que precisamos, inclusive táxi para os passeios etc. Ah e a vista do quarto é magnífica, era exatamente o que queríamos, algo que nos desse vista para o lago e ao mesmo tempo o conforto e facilidade do continente já que nossos horários estavam apertados para ficarmos em Uros
