Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked. Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up. Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance.
Stayed 1 night in Aug 2025
