Management accommodated me so very well. Whole staff was professional and took care of all my demands. I had a get together/reunion with my college mates after 25years and kitchen and hospitality staff took care of my friends/guest as if I own the hotel. I rate the hotel 10/10.

Much better hotel choices nearby!

Maybe at most a 2.5 star hotel due primarily to a very, very outdated look, and overused condition. In bad need of remodeling. Don’t be fooled by the published pictures, it’s in much worse shape than they reflect. Nobody is using that swimming pool because the area around it, and the pool, are unattractive and needing a total makeover. Service was generally pretty good, although the check-in was inexplicably a bit confusing and time consuming. There are much better hotel choices in the same price range in this area!

Hotel is decent and centrally located and the staff is good too. It is very evident that they are skimping on things like room coffee supplies (we like late night coffees but there was enough just for one), there were no hand towels, etc.

This is a good 3 star hotel with polite and efficient staff making the check in process hassle free. Didn't eat at their restaurant so can't comment on the food. Very convenient location.

Excellent restaurant, comfortable room, though not Five star by Western Standards, a very pleasant stay. The open atrium design allows for too much noise from the lobby to penetrate into the room, even on the third floor. perhaps higher up was quieter. After 10:30pm or so it was better. The facility is obviously aging, but clean and pleasant. Will stay again.

Very central location, the service is excellent, they helped us change the booking date due to a change in our plan of travel, the room was good, but overall the hotel needs renovation. The decor and furnishings have a very worn look.

Clean and comfortable

Inexpensive, clean, convenient to restaurants and shopping. It is getting old and could use some updates but the price probably just covers basic upkeep. Only one restaurant is onsite and drink choices were really limited. No real complaints. Staff is very helpful and airport transfers were good.

poor quality of room - room phone not working so each time a query go down. Air condition control not working so too cold and cant even switch off ...poor poor despite them saying i was upgraded - if this was the upgraded room i wonder what the room which i booked would have been!! surely not going next time as its been getting worse and worse
