This is a 2bhk premium apartment is in the heart of Nanded City. The interiors are done in such a way that you can enjoy a comfortable stay. The patio oversees the Sinhagad fort and the breeze makes it very peaceful for a quiet dinner.

The property has 24/7 power back up and water supply (hot and cold). RO drinking water from the purifier.
There is a double door fridge to store your food. A microwave to heat your food up, a blender, a toaster, wine and beer glasses too.
We have 1 free parking in the premises to park your 4 wheeler and common parking space for your 2 wheeler.
The apartment is 900 Sq feet in carpet area. It might look bigger in pictures.
Guests will also have ample space to walk around the society. There is children play area on the 1st floor and carpeted grass for yoga and meditation. Basketball court for kids as well.
