"the airport shuttle was completely punctual and friendly, there are valets suited nicely eager to help you with bags up to your room, and back to the shuttle. Also they welcome you with a nice fruit juice! We accidentally left some jewelry behind, and the housekeeping staff found it so quickly and they brought it to us before the shuttle left! I was SO impressed. "

"I didn't eat breakfast. Overall my stay was excellent. Had staff meet me at airport and take me to the hotel. Check-in was very quick. Found the room to be spacious, very clean, and the bathroom was well stocked with the shower necessities. Was very pleased with my stay and highly recommend the hotel."

"Everything at Oro Verde Hotel Guayaquil is great, however I’m having a lot of difficulty in obtaining a refund for a future night that I cancelled. The front desk at the Hotel are very helpful, the issue is with Expedia and another on-line company that secured the reservation that I paid in full."

La ubicación es conveniente tanto para negocios como para placer, y el desayuno buffet ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones frescas y deliciosas.
