Nos alojamos dos noches y tuvimos una mala experiencia. Las instalaciones no son lujosas, pero están limpias. La segunda mañana no hubo agua caliente, tienen problemas con los calentadores, así que salimos sin poder bañarnos. Una noche hubo corte de electricidad y no tienen generador. El clima es caluroso en Machala, así que sin electricidad, hace calor

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel. En general el staff es amable, la habitación e instalaciones limpias. La cama, el baño, desayuno y demás detalles óptimos.
Es una buena opción si vas por negocios o turismo.

Hablé con ellos en la mañana para avisar que iba en camino y afortunadamente estaban muy pendientes de mi reservación. Al llegar, el check in fue inmediato, por lo que pude subir a mi habitación a descansar. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y la decoración es una mezcla entre moderno y clásico. Dormí plácidamente y al bajar en la mañana disfruté de un rico desayuno, salí a hacer mis diligencias y al retornar me atendieron maravillosamente en el restaurante ya que tienes la opción de disfrutar de un almuerzo allí mismo sin tener que distanciarte del hotel. Aunque solo me quedé una noche puedo decir que la atención es buena, vale la pena volver. Los escogería nuevamente.
