"The breakfast was good. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful, nice and informative.
I’m giving it a poor rating because we had 2 huge roaches in our rooms and when I called the front desk and he was not apologetic at all and offered no resolution. I had to ask them to spray my room and vacuum it and it was never done! I was so grossed out.
Also, it is a struggling getting a tricycle to come up to the hotel. You have to walk a couple blocks down the street. And I also had difficulty...
