The room was small with a small bathroom but it met my needs nice friendly reception. The bed was comfy, the decor could do with a refresh but for the price you cannot complain.

I booked the wrong day and tried to reschedule with the staff on site but he clearly wasn't having it. I ended up buying another room - which is 100% my fault. The room was clean but the door took some effort to close and the lock was not working in room 47. There is no AC so expect a hot sleep if you're going in the summer. The toilet paper was used from the previous customers which did put me off. Parking was great and overall you get what you pay for. Would only recommend if you desperately need a place to sleep and shower, both those experiences will be average.

Don’t prepay the breakfast

overcharged, the local price was 20% cheaper, so not a good deal at all, also overcharged by breakfast which was ridiculous, just old stale bread and weak coffee

Had better stays

Room 1 smelt of stale smoke and broken air conditioning. Room 2 had a broken window and didn't have an air conditioner remote, we spoke to a lovely staff member who got the air conditioning remote but window still broken, so offered to change our room. Room changed and window and air conditioning worked, however air conditioning flooded the room, had to put towels down overnight and still water flooded the room despite towels. Unable to access WiFi as we are UK travellers without a French mobile number.

Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Wifi is working only with France mobile number. Water in the shower is or cold or very hot. Its saying not smoking but clearly all smoke cigarettes where they want. You can feel smell in the room. And floor have marks from burning. Saying is air conditioning. Yes it it very loud. Its really old and loud, sounds like power engine near your ears. Room for 3 people is double bed sized because 3rd bed is on top of your head.your choose or not sleeping because of noisy air conditioning or not sleeping because of heat and no air in the room. Some people was with open doors just because its no other choices. I understand price is small and not expecting even 2 stars hotel but that one is terrible. No worth 7 of 10 for sure.

Il est noté climatisation dans chaque chambre. C’est la raison pour laquelle bous avons pris cet hôtel. L’hôtel a été refait et aucun climatiseur n’a été installé dans les chambres. Il y avait une température d’environ 30 à 35 degrés dans les chambres. Nous avons dû aller acheter un ventilateur exprès pour le séjour. Les cartes pour rentrer dans la chambres ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Lors de problème un numéro d’urgence est affiché, le numéro ne fonctionne pas.

semaine canicule en mai et les chambres de l'hotel n'ont plus de climatisation presence d'un frigo (trop petit pour y coucher...)et micro onde .un plus sympa, vu sur les photos de votre site pour le menage annonce quotidien il faut reclamer si on a besoin meme pas une brosse pour le wc!!! pas de cache sur le mecanisme il faut se debrouiller pour comprendre ou appuer pour tirer la chasse d'eau lumiere trop vive devant les portes, (escaliers) avec un rideau occultant du coup insuffisant le personnel reste agreable mais subit surement notre mauvaise humeur lors des reclamations car le sejour vendu ne correspond plus à leur offre cherchant un hotel car depannage familial je reviendrais si climat exterieur tempere vu la situation geographique à cote de nancy et le prix abordable je n'accepte pas les offres mensongeres

Chaleur horrible dans la chambre même en coupant le chauffage etc, on est arrivé dans la chambre il faisais 27 degré, on a très mal dormi même fenêtre ouverte la chaleur revenait. Rien pour tenir le pommeau de douche, il pendait, et même pas de savon, ni poubelle d’ailleurs. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

L'hôtel etant en travaux nous avons été logé dans le kyriad direct qui est à côté. Le seul bemol est que la chambre etait tres mal isolée avec des temperatures extérieures a -5° il a ete tres difficile d avoir chaud. L'air froid entrait sous la porte...
