Find a Great Motel Pullman

"We traveled with our family to visit our child in college. The breakfast was all prepackaged, nothing fresh. The bar area that shares with breakfast was still dirty from the night before (wine glasses, trash lined the counter). We had to find staff to ask for more utensils and food that had run out (still had three hours of breakfast left). No fitness room but a nice walking trail about a 1/4 mile up the road. Safety wise I think it would be smart to need a key card to access the pool area, as it is right off the lobby and anyone could enter. (Including small unattended children). "

"The man working the front desk seemed to be the only person working there, period. He was very friendly but understandably overwhelmed. Our room wasn’t ready for check in until 7:30pm (check in at 3:00). Hair in shower, on sheets. Breakfast severely neglected despite having someone assigned. Many patrons were searching cupboards for cups and utensils and it seems they ran out of coffee cups…how??! "

"Vintage and fun decor. Room was clean and comfortable If you like oatmeal for breakfast, they have a pretty impressive oatmeal bar with so many options to add in. "

"The room phone did not work, couldn’t call for more towels or toiletries as housekeeping is only every other day but they didn’t come either. Pool was nice, our room was on the pool side so very loud until 10pm which was okay with us. Breakfast buffet was large. Dint realize hotel was a convention center so really busy and staff seemed sort of spaced out. Average accommodation at a very expensive price."

"Nice complimentary breakfast, decent variety of items. Room was clean and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable. This is the third or fourth start here, and it is always good. "

"We enjoyed everything about the house and the stay. It was very clean, wonderful beds, great patio area for the sunshine Pullman had when we were there. Rachelle left snacks and coffee too. Close to everything. We would recommend this for a stay in Pullman."
