Room was very clean and spacious. Check in and check out was all done by message and code on the door. If we needed anything during our two day stay (which we didn't), I'm not sure how we of gotten help or supplies, especially after hours.

Room was clean - No Shower soap, etc - walking distance to Chinese and Mexican restaurants (if open) - parking was challenging if you arrive late. My reservation was cancelled for two beds and the only other option was a single King bed. :(

No staff contact. They email a code day of reservation check-in to enter door to room. Never saw any employee on site during our stay. Parking is tight & only available for half of the available rooms. Remaining guest have to park on street in neighborhood. We have a handy cap permit so was lucky it was available to park in. Room was sufficiently furnished, everything was clean. The bed was VERY hard not sure what kind of mattress's they have. With my back & hip problems I had a difficult time sleeping. My husband was stiff & achy when he woke. We would probably stay again if they up grade the mattress’s, when visiting our nephew & family in Colfax.

Easy check in, and clean modest room. I was happily surprised at the lack of traffic noise being right next to the road. Parking is tight, with an on street option if available. Overall good experience. Affordable, even for a game weekend.

It may look a little dingy on the outside but the rooms are large and clean and the staff are great. Hotel rooms are hard to come by on football weekends and this is a great affordable alternative.
