Accommodation was spotless, rooms surround pool and gardens which are very pretty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on a snorkeling trip with their dive company and it was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely stay here again."
"With a bit of TLC this hotel could be incredible. It has so much potential. The room was clean but lots of little details needed to be attended to: dusting behind/under the bed, making sure windows latch properly, leaving had towels and face cloths without having the guest ask, scrubbing the hotel sign, straightening out sun loungers etc rather than having them in random places, turned over etc. Having a hotel information book in each room would certainly help matters. Am meisten mochte ich, dass es ein "day bed" auf der Terrasse und eines im Zimmer gab, so konnte man beim Ein dunkeln den Moskitos entkommen und trotzdem gemütlich entspannen. "We enjoyed a wonderful two-week vacation in Bali at this beautiful villa. Rolf responded to all of our inquiries promptly and thoroughly. Everything was as described. The drivers who took us to and from the airport and on our sightseeing adventures always arrived on time and were very accommodating. Leong even acted as tour guide at many of the attractions. Iluh is a fantastic housekeeper/chef; her spring rolls are the best we've ever had! Dini helped us arrange all of our sightseeing and our transport back to the airport. She was very helpful with her suggestions. The villa is just gorgeous with its lush garden and amazing swimming pool. Everyone was friendly and kind. We really enjoyed afternoons reading in the peaceful little pagoda with the fan keeping us cool, walking on the beach, evening swims in the pool, the dolphin safari at sunrise, the temples, waterfall, and botanical gardens. The sunsets over the Bali Sea were absolutely breathtaking. We felt very spoiled after two weeks of having someone cook all of our meals, clean the villa, do our laundry, arrange all of our sightseeing, keep the garden perfectly manicured, and provide security. We always felt safe. No-one was intrusive, so we still had our privacy. It was a memorable vacation, and we will treasure those memories. Many thanks to Rolf and the entire staff for a very special Balinese vacation."

"What can I say this is my second stay here and each time the place is amazing from the villa to pool to the surrounding area just amazing and well thought out. The Euro Restaurant was ok but the Indonesian Restauant overlooking sunset was out of this world. Service was excellent. Reception was interesting asking for same docs again even though were repeat guests and have already given our documents weird. Welcome drink needs an upgrade lol"
"We were in the area for a ceremony, hence we only stayed one night. We chose the hotel due it's location mainly, and we were very pleased with our choice.
It is a fantastic hotel, big gardens and a great location next to the bay.
As we only stayed 1 night, we were in a Kura Kura Room No1. There was no privacy in this room as there was a footpath to sunbeds very close to the window. Other rooms and suites had more privacy.
The food and service at the restaurant was good, although we found that 2 different fish dishes, the fish was average, and we have had better in the area. Other dishes, including Breakfast was very good.
Poll was excellent, looking out over the bay. In the morning and early afternoon it was not very busy, plenty of shade if needed. Pool service was also good. In the late afternoon, the pool area was quite busy, and the number of sunbeds is limited.
Overall we shall visit again, stay a little longer and probably stay in a Bay View Villa"

"The house was wonderful and so was the staff. They all make you feel so welcomed and taken care of. It was so nice having a personal driver. He gave us recommendations on places to go and where to eat and served also as a tour guide. The ladies at home made us feel so loved and so taken care of. They were so incredibly sweet. The staff alone made the stay so worth it. The house is tucked away on the north part of the island and allowed you to feel secluded. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Thank you for the wonderful experience."
