A small villa in the "Baia degli Asfodeli" residential complex, facing a dense pine forest less than 100 metres from the sea, with direct access to it.
The cottage features a backyard with a parking space and a front yard with a patio equipped with a beach umbrella, a table and chairs for four people, two lounge chairs, and two folding canvas armchairs, as shown in the photo. A beach umbrella and two beach chairs are also available.
The interior consists of a bedroom with a large double bed that can also be converted into two separate beds, a walk-in closet, a chest of drawers, a bamboo chest of drawers, a small bamboo armchair, and is equipped with an air conditioner for both heating and cooling.
Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower stall, toilet, and bidet.
Next is a hallway with a built-in closet enclosed by a door, containing a washing machine, a ladder, an ironing board, an iron, and brooms, which leads to the living room. The living room features a liquid-fuel gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, and microwave, with a worktop opposite it that has a storage area underneath for pots and pans. The worktop is furnished with three stools.
On the opposite side of the living room, there is a sofa bed suitable for a teenager, with a small table in front of it, two bamboo armchairs, a bamboo chest of drawers containing cutlery and kitchen linens, and a small sideboard containing plates, cups, and glasses. From the living room, a French door leads directly to the patio, which overlooks the pine forest and the sea.

In the town of Pula, 3 km away, all major services are available, such as: a medical clinic, Carabinieri station, pharmacy, post office, banks with ATMs, various supermarkets, bars and restaurants, laundromats, and shops selling all kinds of products.
Evening shows in the town square and at the Roman theatre in Nora, 5–6 km away. Museum. Scenic excursions in the Sulcis region and in WWF-protected areas. The Cala Verde marina, 5–6 km away, offers snorkelling excursions. Horseback riding and boat and dinghy rentals are available. Surfing in Chia—11–13 km away. Two golf courses named Ismola, 3 and 12 km away.
