The Villa is located in Pula within a property of about 5000 square meters surrounded by pines, palm trees and Mediterranean scrub. The structure develops only on the ground floor. Composed of living room with flat screen TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and microwave. From the kitchen we access the covered and furnished terrace for outdoor dining. After the living area we access the 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a master bathroom with shower. The second bathroom with bathtub is located between the 2 bedrooms. The swimming pool, with its edge equipped with sun loungers and parasols, is located a few meters from the villa in a corner dedicated to it.
The center of Pula is about 2 km away. The closest beaches are those of Is Figus and Su Guventeddu at about 5 km.
