Charming, newly renovated vacation home by the sea with a garden

A townhouse recently renovated in 2023, featuring a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with two single beds, a garden, private parking, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The house sleeps 4, and a travel cot for younger children is available upon request. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. A high chair is provided for young children. Outside, there’s a veranda overlooking the private garden where you can eat comfortably and, if you’d like, have a barbecue. The cottage is located within the Calaverde residence, nestled in a lush and peaceful pine forest just 200 metres from a beautiful beach with white sand and crystal-clear water. Inside the resort, there is a swimming pool (open in July and August), two tennis courts, a bocce court, a playground for children, and a small marina where you can rent boats to reach other beaches. The beach is easily accessible from the house—a 5-minute walk, even with strollers. The beach also features a beachside kiosk-bar where you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. In the summer, a pizzeria is open inside the residence. The famous beaches of Chia are just a 10-minute drive away. Outside the residence, there’s a supermarket within walking distance during the summer. Near the residence, you’ll find other restaurants and agritourism establishments where you can enjoy excellent traditional local dishes. The reserved parking space is located inside the residence, 50 metres from the house.
