Apartment 3 Cuori - in the middle of the city center and sea

App 3 Cuori (45m2) is located on the 1st floor of a five –storey building, in the front of the beautiful Church „Madonna del mare“ from 19st. century.
The apartment is located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the sea (Valkana Bay/Lungomare) and it's ideally positioned within a walking distance from most tourist attractions.
Parking spaces are all around the builiding, free of charge, kids playground and with nearby - ATM, bakery, post office, public transport, hospital, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and the biggest shopping center in Istria-Max City, it is suitable for couples and family with kids.
The apartment is completely refurnished and renovated with spacious living room extending to the dining room and kitchen, and 1 bedroom (large bed 180x200). In the living room there is a sofa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker,glass-ceramic-electric stove,microwave, filter and moka coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator with spacious freezer, toaster, shake blender, plates, pots, pans, cups, glasses, bowls with the basics cooking ingredients like sugar, salt, oil, pepper, vinegar, coffee and tea.
All appliances are new. With the open space concept, the kitchen has a nice connection with the living room, where you will find a comfortable sofa, free wireless internet access (excellent connectivity in the whole apartment), cable TV and flat screen TV.
In the main hall of the apartment is situated a laundry machine, cleaning-mop and the ironing set.
Bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin, mirror, toilet paper, first aid kit, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, and hair dryer.

The whole apartment is free for guests to use.

For younger children I can provide a (1) kinderbett but it must be requested before your arrival.
The building has a safe storage for bicycles.
At your arrival you will be provided with maps of the city and region, flyers of different trips, places that you can visit. So, your adventure can begin...
