- The terraced house is located in a suburb of Pula, just a few minutes walk from beautiful city beaches. It is ideal for a larger company. On the first floor are a gym, the sauna and a common dining room with kitchen. In front of the kitchen is the terrace with barbecue area. The first floor has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace and two bedrooms, on the 2nd floor there are four bedrooms, while the attic has 3 bedrooms, one of which has exit to the terrace with sea view. The equipment offers comfort. Refreshment can be found in the pool with massage jets. The city center hosts sights from ancient times and summer entertainments. At your disposal is also a garage.
