Adequate

Usual multiple occupancy hotel. Building work going on next door which was noisy in the morning. Reasonable free parking. Was moaned at for parking our motorcycles temporarily near to our rooms, which were on the first floor, with access only by steps. This was done so we could unload the bikes to put our gear on the floor, before trudging it up the stairs. Some understanding would have been appreciated but no. Room was adequate and bathroom area was worn. Place could do with a facelift. Lots of places to eat within a short drive/long walk. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

I booked for 9 people, 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids. They provided 3 rooms, fitting 1 or 2 adults per room. Not the best idea if the family wanta to stay together. The rooms were clean, but very minimalistic and tiny. Reception was servicing french speaking guests first, then the rest. One of the rooms was not prepared for our arrival. I would never come back as a family, however i might stay as a single person.

The door didn't close without us slamming it, some staff were very friendly but others were quite rude and didn't tell us when the breakfast buffet moved next door until we came downstairs and reception was locked so we knocked until someone answered. The area around the hotel is lovely but the hotel itself isn't the best. It's old, with black mold in the shower railing, orange soap scum staining the curtain and poor ventilation, even worse AC. Says the soap etc is included but provided only one hand soap which was poorly functioning as the bag inside the dispenser was broken. If you like lizards we did see one outside though, very cute.

Absolutely disgusting all round

It was absolutely disgusting! We had to leave the room after 10 minutes as it was infested with mosquitoes; covered in bites! No offer alt room or apology. Had to move, & pay more, to another hotel. Asked for a refund told one couldn’t be given & have to email. Email keeps bouncing back can’t not make contact. Have tried to complain via Hotels.com. Getting no where and no response. Hotel needs closing and refurbing. Staff need training and Hotels.com need to have a better complaint system. VERY UNHAPPY

TrÚs décevant

La chambre n est pas du tout insonorisĂ©e, bruit toute la nuit des voitures et des personnes rentrant tard. Volet qui ne fonctionne pas, spot de lumiĂšre qui reste allumĂ© toute la nuit donnant sur la fenĂȘtre. Rideau de douche sale et moisissure importante. Petit dĂ©jeuner correct. Nous avons signalĂ© les dĂ©sagrĂ©ment le matin, pas une excuse, les un geste... Juste un ok.

Las habitaciones enanas y el baño y ducha comparten suelo, es todo uno. No lo sabes porque no aparecen el las fotos en Expedia. Suena una alarma por la noche y crees que hay un incendio. Nadie nos explica nada y todo el mundo levantado sin saber que hacer. No te dan factura por el desayuno, aunque la pidas.
