"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "A great location. Sophie, the lady on reception was really lovely and let us pay to stay a bit later in the room as I felt a little unwell. We really appreciated this. We had a room high up and view of the street and the mountains. Parking was available on the streets nearby at 4.90 euros for 4 hours and free 8pm until 9am. Bring coins. La atención recibida en recepción también fue impecable, proceso del checkin fue rápido y ágil. El acceso directo al parking fue muy cómodo por los días lluviosos. No llegué a echar en falta nada, todo estaba mejor de lo descrito cuando lo reservé, solo cabe desacatar que aparecía que tenía plancha de ropa, pero no fue un inconveniente ya que lo pedimos en recepción y nos lo trajeron. De todas maneras, han sido muy buenos y la estancia para nosotrxs ha sido increíble y muy muy cómoda. Muchas gracias por tratarnos tan bien!"
