"Die Wohnung ist für drei Personen geeignet. Das Schlafsofa haben wir nicht benutzt. Sie liegt sehr gut in der Nähe des Hafens und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Auch zwei Fahrradstationen sind in Laufnähe. In ca. 6 Minuten Entfernung gibt es einen guten Supermarkt. Gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei. Das Viertel Cabanyal hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es bietet auch sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen. Wir haben immer die Valenbisi Fahrräder benutzt, das hat sehr gut funktioniert. "This apartment was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we reached out to them with questions. It was near an Aldi and two Mercadonas, as well as two bus stops and about a 7 minute walk to the tram station. My only negative was the hot water heater was not working well, even first thing in the morning, or it may just be set to only allow hot water use for a few minutes at time then needs significant time to reheat. "The property itself isn’t bad considering is a very old building, everything was clean and we liked that, however the musty smell coming out from the kitchen’s faucet was really bad!! Contaminated the whole apartment plus the humidity is not a good match, the a/c (split) it doesn’t help at all, I think it needs a new filter or at least some repair because after we turned on I started sneezing like crazy… Overall is not that bad if you planned stay for a day (like we did) but for longer than...
